TCGIQ is a TCG market intelligence platform providing price tracking, Heat Scores, EV calculations, portfolio tracking, news aggregation, and educational content. All data is for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual market conditions.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe. All payments are non-refundable — cancellation retains access until end of billing period.

Price data is sourced from third-party platforms. TCGIQ makes no warranty that prices are current or accurate, that Heat Scores predict price movements, or that any product will appreciate in value. TCG markets are speculative.

All TCGIQ content, algorithms, and design are owned by TCGIQ. Card names and game terms are trademarks of their respective owners. TCGIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by any TCG publisher.

You may not scrape data, reverse-engineer our algorithms, use automated bots, manipulate markets using our data, or violate applicable laws.

TCGIQ is not liable for financial losses resulting from reliance on our data. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

These Terms are governed by US law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
